3 tins chopped tomato ( or fresh tomatoes even better)

3tbsp fresh (if you can ) Basil choped stalks & all

3 tbsp fresh (if you can) Oregano stalks & all

2 tspn Roasted Garlic (if you dnt have any roasted 2 cloves finely chopped)

 

 

Cook all together in a low simmer for about 5-10 min then let cool 

 

Sieve for a fine sauce or leave it chuncky ( personally I like it chunky)

 

Or put it into your food processor then sieve

 

Store in sterile jars in the fridge for a week or use straight away
