Butter

 

2 cups Heavy cream

¼ tsp salt

 

Pour Heavy cream into your food processor

It will turn to Whipped cream first

 

Then this breaks down to butter & butter milk

 

Once the butter is solid  keep the liquid...this is buttermilk use it to make your next batch of pancakes instead of milk...Then wash butter with ice water continually till all the buttermilk is gone & the water runs clear

 

Season to taste & refrigerate

 

That’s all there is to making butter
