Homemade Pizza Dough

2 Cups Flour

8g yeast

1tsp Caster sugar

1/2 tsp salt

2 tlbsp olive oil

1/2 warm water

 

Combine dry ingredients

 

Add oil & water mix & knead if its too dry add water if its too wet add flour till you get a nice loose dough

 

      Cover with cling Wrap for 30mins & it will double its size give it a bit of punching practice to remove the air

 

      Knead for a further min & roll.

 

     Cut into 4 piece & roll out to cover the bottom of your pizza tins add pasta sauce on bottom add toppings 

 

      Cook for about 15 min on 330 degrees just check after 15min & adjust to your oven .

 

 

 

This is the quickie version of the recipe

 

It is also another one thats great cooked in the BBQ

 

2 cups of self raising flour

1 cup warm water

 

     Add both together puch it about for awhile then wrap it in glad wrap & put aside till your ready to roll.

   

       Cut the ball of dough into 4 & roll out to roughly the size of you pizza tins add your ingredients on top & place in the ovens for roughly 300 for 15 mins

 

       just check after 15 you will have to ajust your cooking time  depending on your oven
