1/2 cup Tomato Sauce  

2tbsp Brown Sugar

2tbsp Worcheshire Sauce

1tbsp Verjuice

1 clove garlic

pinch salt & pepper

1/2 diced oinion 

1/2tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard

 

Blitz up everything in your food processor then put in a jar in the fridge...
