750ml strongest vodka you can get

8 lemons

sugar syrup

 

 

Wash the lemons thoroughly & zest (try not to get the white pith it's bitter)

 

Add alcohol to zest & leave to infuse for 1 month

keep in a dark place shaking every now & then to infuse the zest

 

After a month dilute with a little sugar syrup to taste

 

Vodka doesnt freeze so as long as you havn't added to much water it will be fine in the freezer ready for that nice cold drink at the end of the day                                      :-)
