Wow so easy I didn't believe it !!!!!

 

5 Cups Yogurt

 

 

Place your yogurt in a colander lined with chheesecloth

bringing the ends up & over the top to cover

 

put something like a plate on top & leave to drain overnight

 

Just keep checking liquid level or it will reabsorb into your

cheese

 

Your cream cheese is good to go!!!

 

it will last as long as your yogurt would but not as long as the commercial stuff as it doesn't have the preservative....

 

You can add extras to it to try Chilli Sauce or Chives
