Fish or chicken Tenderloins on a stick

1 dozen plastic wine glasses

Dipping sauces x 3

Bamboo Skewers cut in half

 

 

There is two ways to go about this one depending on the time you have available.

 

you can either put your 3 dipping sauces in main bowls with the skewers in the individual plastic wine glasses arranged around them...

 

or.... place a small amout of mixed dipping sauces in the glasses with the skewers on top

 

Either way i would do 3 or 4 as samples on the table to give your guests the idea...
