1 cup water

2 cups flour

4tbsp cream of tartar

1 cup salt

1tbsp oil

Food colouring of your choice

 

Mix all the ingredients into a saucepan stir till dough comes together

 

Let cool & store in a zip lock bag

1 cup water

 

Just like pasta  dough kneed it all together you can break into smaller batcheso f flour & add the colour to the water to avoid it being streaky

 

The more it’s kneeded the better

 

Just make sure its wrapped in plastic & kept in an airtight container so it doesn’t dry out
