Mascopone

I carton of Heavy whipping cream

1tsp Apple cider Vinegar

 

 

Bring cream to boil

stir in 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

 

Set Pot in an Ice Bath n the sink fo 10 min

Pour thru muslin & place in the fridge for 24hrs

 

your mascopone is now ready for use

 

Tip

don't throw away you whey use it in curry or what ever you are cooking istead of water
