3 egg Yolks

2tsp Verjuice

2tsp Dijon mustard 

200ml Cannola oil

 

Mix Yolks , Verjuice , & mustard in a blender till creamy

 

Keep blender on and add the oil slowly or if whisking keep whisking while adding oil

till you get the desired consistency
