Sour Cream

125ml Milk

3/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1 cup Heavy Cream

 

Combine cream & vinegar in a screw cap jar the add milk

 

Shake to combine

 

Remove lid & cover with tea towel ( paper Tower : Cheesecloth ) secure in place

 

Let sit  at room temp overnight

 

Replace cap & refrigerate should last for up to a week
