Yikes my darling husband just bought home seafood!!!

You ever been there ?? Your other half knowing your luv for seafood has bought you home some yuummy prawns & you have run out of Seafood sauce !! ..Dnt worry with a few on hand staples you can make your own !!!

To make 1 cup of 1000 Island Dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup tomato sauce

2 tlbspns of Sweet Chilli Sauce

(some people like 1/2 gherkin chopped finely)

Mix them all together & presto

1000 Island dressing to keep in the fridge
