Plain Cream

Whipped Cream

 

 

1 cups cup full cream Milk

125ml  cold water

10g Gelatin

1/2 tlb of Vanilla essence

125ml icing sugar

 

in a pan place cold water & gelatin & leave to absorb (3-5 min)

 

Place on heat & stir to make sure the gelatin has dissolved

 

Remove from heat & let cool

 

Add this to your Milk in a mixing bowl

wisk to combine

 

Add vanilla & icing sugar

wisk to combine

 

Refrigerate for approx 1hr

(stiring every son often)

 

Once set whip with a hand mixer or use your muscles
