CREAM CHEESE

Creme Fraiche

 

 

1 cup of heavy cream

1tlb of Buttermilk

 

 

Combine cream & buttermilk in a glass container cover & let it sit at room Temp

 

After approx 12 hrs it should be nice & creamy & Creme Fraiche

 

Store in the fridge for up to 2 wks

 

Play around with the ratio of cream & buttermilk till you get it the way you want
